This website is run by Memorial Scroll Trust (charity number 119648), Kent House, Rutland Gardens, London SW7 1BX (“we”, “us”, “the Trust”). These terms apply whenever you use memorialscrollstrust.org (“the website”).

By using this website, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of them, please do not use the website.

The website is provided to share information about the Trust, the Czech Memorial Scrolls, our museum, and how to support our work. You agree to use it lawfully and not to:

Donations are gifts and are non-refundable, except where required by law or at the Trust’s discretion. If you complete a Gift Aid declaration, you confirm that the information you give is accurate and that you understand the basis on which Gift Aid is claimed.

6. Newsletter and enquiries

When you use the contact form or sign up to our newsletter, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email we send you.

7. Shop

Books and merchandise are sold through our shop at mstshop.org, which is a separate website with its own terms and conditions. Those terms, not these ones, apply to anything you buy there.

This website may link to other websites, including social media and mstshop.org. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any website we do not run ourselves.
